Personalized gifts are made from the details entered before checkout, so review names, dates, and messages carefully.

Checkout and pricing

Prices are listed in United States dollars. Checkout is processed through Stripe once production secrets are configured.

Returns and filled jewelry

Refunds and exchanges are available within 21 days of purchase for unused items returned in the original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Filled memorial jewelry may contain keepsake material and should not be returned. Personalized items can only be returned for damage or production error. Contact support before filling jewelry or using an item if anything appears incorrect or damaged.
