Order information

Checkout details are handled by Stripe Checkout. Jewel Lay uses order information to fulfill purchases, provide support, and communicate about shipping or order issues.

Support messages

If you contact support, the information you provide is used to answer your question or resolve your order request.

Stories submissions

If you submit to Jewel Lay Stories, we store the story you enter, a pending review status, and the versioned publication agreement shown beside the submit button. A private Jewel Lay team Telegram chat receives an alert containing the story reference, submission time, and character count so an editor knows it is ready for review. The alert does not contain the story text or withdrawal code. Stories are submitted for anonymous website and social publication with permission for light spelling and clarity edits and privacy redaction that preserves the writer’s meaning. Every submission remains pending until a person reviews it, and nothing is published automatically.

Anonymous publication keeps your name out of the public story, but it does not make the submission fully confidential because an editor can read what you send. Identifying details may be removed during review under the agreement shown before submission.

Each submission receives a private withdrawal code. For pending stories, a successful withdrawal removes the story text from the review record while retaining a minimal audit that permission was withdrawn. If a story has already been published or adapted, the same process removes the submitted text and creates a manual takedown request for those published uses.

Analytics and site performance

The website may use platform logs or analytics to understand page performance, traffic sources, and technical errors.
