What is cremation jewelry?
Cremation jewelry is a small pendant, ring, bracelet, or charm with a discreet chamber for ashes or another tiny memorial keepsake.
What can the Blue Heart necklace hold?
It can hold a small amount of ashes, fur, dried flowers, perfume, hair, sand, soil, or a tiny written note.
What is the necklace made from?
The Blue Heart pendant is made from 925 sterling silver with rhodium plating. The Tree pendant is made from 925 sterling silver with a vintage oxidized finish. Both include a 22-inch stainless steel cable chain.
What size is the pendant?
The pendant measures 0.78 inches by 0.94 inches and weighs 6.16g. The included jewelry box measures 2.7 inches by 3.1 inches by 1.1 inches.
Does the necklace include filling tools?
Yes. Each order includes the necklace, 22-inch stainless steel cable chain, funnel filler, silver polishing cloth, and jewelry box. The 22-inch curb chain is available for $5 more.
Can I change the engraving or gem color?
No. The necklace is sold as shown with the Forever in My Heart engraving and blue crystal heart.
Can I give it as a sympathy gift?
Yes. It is gift-ready, but the recipient should decide what goes inside and when they are ready to fill it.
Is the necklace waterproof?
It should be removed before bathing, swimming, or applying fragrance. Keeping it dry helps protect the finish and chamber.
How do I clean the pendant?
Use the included polishing cloth to gently rub the pendant. Do not wash the cloth because the polishing agents will be removed. Black marks on the cloth are normal when tarnish is lifted.
What is the return window?
Refunds and exchanges are available within 21 days of purchase for unused items returned in the original packaging. Please contact support before returning an item.
How does checkout work?
Choose the necklace, chain, and USPS shipping method on Jewel Lay. Stripe then collects your email, shipping name and address, and payment in one secure step. Stripe creates your receipt and invoice, and Jewel Lay uses the completed order details to prepare the USPS label in ShipStation.
