Jewel Lay reviews the order, selected chain, and shipping address before printing the USPS label.

USPS tracking

Tracking is sent after the label is created and the package is ready for shipment.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 21 days for unused items in original packaging. Email support before returning an item.
