Do you offer Custom Engravings or changing the gem colors?
As of right now, we currently do not offer any custom engravings nor gem color changes. However, once we are able to grow, we may be able to offer this.
How do I take care of my Necklace?
- Keep it away from water: Water can damage the metal and the stones in your necklace. Therefore, it is important to avoid wearing your necklace when you are swimming or showering.
- Use a polishing cloth: Over time, your necklace may become tarnished. To keep it looking shiny and new, use a polishing cloth provided with your necklace to clean it. You can gently rub the cloth on the necklace to remove any dirt or tarnish.
- Avoid certain activities: Avoid wearing your necklace when you are doing any physical activity like sports or exercise, as this can cause the necklace to break or get tangled. Also, avoid wearing your necklace when you are doing any household chores that involve chemicals or cleaning agents.
What should I avoid while wearing it?
- Avoid any activities such as swimming, showering, or washing dishes when using the product

How do I insert ash inside the pendant?
- Open the top: Depending on the type of cremation jewelry you have, you will need to either twist or unscrew the top to access the inside. Make sure to do this carefully so you don't accidentally drop or lose any of the jewelry pieces.
- Insert the funnel: Once the top is open, insert the funnel provided with the jewelry inside the hole. Make sure the funnel is inserted properly and fits snugly inside the hole to avoid any spillage.
- Slowly insert the ashes: Using a small scoop or a spoon, carefully pour the ashes into the funnel. Be sure to pour the ashes slowly to avoid any spillage or mess. If the ashes become stuck, use the stick provided with the jewelry to gently push down the ashes and clear the funnel.
- Fill to your desired level: Continue to pour the ashes into the funnel until you reach your desired level. Take your time to make sure you don't overfill the jewelry, as this could cause it to overflow or become damaged.
- Close it up: Once you have filled the jewelry to your satisfaction, carefully remove the funnel and dispose of any leftover ashes. Then, twist or screw the top back into place to close the jewelry.
Do I need sealants such as glue?
For our jewelry, sealants will not be needed since we use screws to ensure the ashes do not escape.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, we will send you an email notification that includes your order number and tracking number. This email will allow you to track your package as it makes its way to you.

Yes, we do offer faster shipping options for our customers who need their items to arrive more quickly. What should I do if my package is lost or stolen?
If your package is marked as delivered but you are unable to locate it, we recommend taking the following steps:
First, if you suspect the package was stolen, please ensure that it is not hidden or misplaced somewhere around your property. You may also want to check with your neighbors to see if it was accidentally delivered to the wrong address.
If you are certain that your package was stolen, we advise filing a police report to report the theft. This will help to ensure that the appropriate authorities are notified and may help with the recovery of your package.
In the event that the package is lost in transit due to carrier error, we may be able to provide a refund or reshipment, depending on the circumstances. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to report the missing package and discuss your options.
Do I need to pay for a return?
No, you do not need to pay for a return. However, please note that if you choose to initiate a return, fees may be deducted from your refund. These fees may include shipping and handling fees, restocking fees, or any other applicable fees according to our return policy.
